What is a "printable party" or "printable party item"?

A PDF file containing one or more pages of party items (invitations, thank you cards etc.) used to decorate your party. I email the file to you and you can print it on your home printer or send it to most office supply or copy/print shops (ie Kinkos, Office Depot etc.) You can print as many times as you want or need, the file does not expire.

How do I order an item or collection?

Each listing has an "ORDER" section. This section lists all the information needed to complete your order. There is also a corresponding picture with options available for your order (I am always up for creating something new as well).

When you check out please include the requested information in "Notes to Seller".

If you order includes a proof one will be emailed to you within 48 hours of cleared payment. I email to the address listed on your ETSY account unless you specify another email address. Once the proof is approved I will send the completed file with 48 hours of your proof approval.

Do you have or can you create items with popular characters or school logos?

The simple answer is NO. Most of the popluar characters (Disney, Hello Kitty etc) are licensed characters. In order to use them the owner/creater would have to grant me permission or I would have to pay a license fee. Most of these companies do not all their images to be use by small companies like mine. This goes for school logos etc.

I know there are numerous shops out their that sell these items. You are free to purchase those items but be aware that in the vaste majority of case those shop owners don't have permission to use the images either. They are taking a risk because most of the time companys don't pay attention to small shops. But several shops have been noticed and shut down due to illegally using these images and these shop owners are not able to complete purchased orders.

I am more than happy to use colors and patterns to coordinate with the license characters and add a little personal touch to store bought licensed products.

Do you charge a RUSH order fee?

I currently do charge a rush fee, if you need your order sooner than the stated turnaround time a rugh fee will be charged.

I do not provide a listing up front simply because I am not always able to complete a rush order. If you would like to make a rush order please contact me PRIOR to placing and order. Once contact I will let you know if I'm available and if so I will set up a Reserved Listing for the fee along with the item fee. No proofs or items will be sent until Reserved Listing is paid for.

If you item includes a proof please remember that I will not send a completed order until proof is approved. Please make sure to review and respond to the proof to avoid a delay in the processing of you order. I will not refund rush fees if the reason for the delay in order is that the proof was approved late.

Do you take Custom order requests?

I LOVE custom orders and am happy to take on the challenge.  Custom orders can include a custom illustration, pattern, design or new product.

 Are you able to provide a sample of work before an order is placed?

I can provide samples of previous designs I have created if you are interested in seeing a particular pattern or color scheme (if I have done that in the past). I am unable to do any new work before payment is received. Because these are digital items the majority of the work goes into creating proofs and tweaking them versus getting them to the completed form. I do try to provide examples of my work in my listings as well as unlimited proofs so that you are 100% satisfied in the end.

I can provide a color scheme digital swatches prior to payment.

Do you charge a Custom design fee?

No I don't charge a design fee currently. I tend to make the design available in my shop later on. I love custom designs because it forces me to make time to create new items for the shop :)

What are your hours?

I have recently taken on my 3 shops as my full time businesses. I am a WAHM to two little ones. I don't have set hours. Generally I work on proofs/order during the day as well as responding to emails and convos. I normally use the evening/night time for creating new items or working on orders that were not done during the day.

What kind of paper do you recommend I use to print?

**Invitations, party circles, banners, thank you cards, wine tags, table numbers, tented food cards etc.
-80-110 lb bright white card stock OR Matte photo paper
-Can be found in mos office supply stores (OfficeMax, Staples etc). 

**Candy bar wraps, napkin rings, drink flags.
-24lb (regular printer paper)-35lb bright white paper.
-24 lb can be found in most office supply stores. For anything heavier you should try stationery stores or print shops in your area.

**Water Bottle Labels
-24lb-35lb bright white paper or bright white label stock (if not submerging in ice or water)
-bright white weatherproof/waterproof label stock (if putting on ice or in water)

-I have not found waterproof/weatherproof paper in stores. There are several online label stores but I have used www.onlinelabels.com and I love them!
**PLEASE REMEMBER IF PURCHASING LABELS PURCHASE THE FULL SHEET OPTION. DO NOT PURCHASE THE PRECUT/TEMPLATE. MY ITEMS ARE NOT DESIGNED TO FIT TEMPLATES BECAUSE I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET CONSISTENT RESULTS WHEN PRINTING.

Can I change the font, colors etc.? 

The majority of the items in my shop can be altered at no additional charge.

For changing colors or fonts to a party collection there is an $8 charge. 

All changes to color, font and wording request AFTER completed file is sent will incur additional charges as follows:

Prices for individual items vary but are are the cost of an additional pdf.
$15 for party collection

This is includes two proofs.

What supplies to do I need to assembles my items?
Each listing includes a recommended supply list and your completed order will also come with instructions and supply list. In general you will need:

What is a "digital paper" and "digital clipart"?
Digital paper is scrapbook paper designed using a computer design program and made available in a 
digital format (JPEG or PNG). 

Digital clipart are illustrations/graphics designed using the computer and made available in a digital format versus a tangible, "hard copy" format.  

What can I use these items for?

These items are perfect for scrapbooking (digital and regular), cardmaking/invitation, gift tags/sticker, party designs, teaching tools, embroidery, jewelry, paper crafts, web design, small commercial products, t-shirt design, etc!

How do I order an item or collection?
All of the items in my paper shop are instant downloads. 

When you have purchased your digital item you will receive an instant prompt to download the files purchased. You should also receive an email with the link for download shortly after payment has cleared. The email will automatically be sent to the address you have on file with Etsy. You can also check your purchases section on Etsy for the same download link.

What program do I need to use these files?
My items come zipped, you will need to have a program installed to unzip and access the files. If you don't have one already installed there are programs like WinZip or WinRar that will unzip these files.

My files should work with any program that supports PNG or JPEG files. Please make sure you are familiar with your design program BEFORE purchasing as I am unable to provide technical support specific to a design program. I would happy to help try to troubleshoot if there are issues with the file itself.
