What is a "printable party" or "printable party item"?

A PDF file containing one or more pages of party items (invitations, thank you cards etc.) used to decorate your party. I email the file to you and you can print it on your home printer or send it to most office supply or copy/print shops (ie Kinkos, Office Depot etc.) You can print as many times as you want or need, the file does not expire.

How do I order an item or collection?

Each listing as an "ORDER" section with list all the needed information to complete a proof for your order. There is also a corresponding picture with options available for your order (I am always up for creating something new as well).

When you check out please include the requested information in "Notes to Seller".

I will email a proof to you within 48 hours of cleared payment. I email to the address listed on your ETSY account unless you specify another email address. Once the proof is approved I will send the completed file with 48 hours of your proof approval.

Do you charge a RUSH order fee?

I do not charge a fee for rushed processing. I ask that you contact me BEFORE purchasing your item to determine whether I can process the order in a rushed time frame. If I can I will, if I can't I won't.

If you purchase the item prior to determining whether I can accommodate a rush order I can not guarantee that I will be able to meet your time frame.

Do you take Custom order requests?

I LOVE custom orders and am happy to take on the challenge.  Custom orders can include a custom illustration, pattern, design or new product.

Do you charge a Custom design fee?

No I don't charge a design fee currently. I tend to make the design available in my shop later on. I love custom designs because it forces me to make time to create new items for the shop :)

What are your hours?

I have a full time job outside the home. I normally work on orders after 8pm PST when my two munchkins are suppose to be sleeping or in the early morning hours before everyone wakes up. During the day I can generally answer my convos and emails.

On the weekends I have more opportunities during the day to work on orders but still I work mainly in the evening.

What kind of paper do you recommend I use to print?

**Invitations, party circles, banners, thank you cards, wine tags, table numbers, tented food cards etc.
-80-110 lb bright white card stock OR Matte photo paper

**Candy bar wraps, napkin rings, drink flags.
-24lb (regular printer paper)-35lb bright white paper.
24 lb can be found in most office supply stores. For anything heavier you should try stationery stores or print shops in your area.

**Water Bottle Labels
-24lb-35lb bright white paper or bright white label stock (if not submerging in ice or water)
-bright white weatherproof/waterproof label stock (if putting on ice or in water)

Can I change the font, colors etc.? 

The majority of the items in my shop can be altered at no additional charge.

I can make minor alterations to my holiday and seasonal items for no additional charges. If you would like more complex changes (change of pattern or illustraion, adding a new item), an additional charge may apply.

I recommended printing the proof to make sure the colors are to your liking BEFORE the completed order is sent.

If you decide you would like a color change after the completed order is sent there will be an additional charge as follows:

$1.50 for each PDF needing color change
$6.50 to change party sets

This is includes two proofs.
