Purple Painting Party

I know I haven't posted much but I've been busy with the baby, family in town and trying to get holiday items done. I wanted to stop in and share a little of my munchkin's 3rd birthday. We had it a week early since my family was here visiting our new munchkin. It was fairly low key this year since I knew I'd have the new baby and probably wouldn't have the time or energy for something really involved. My daughters favorite color is purple and we chose to do a painting party at Michaels since they take care of set up and clean up and we could relax more. I did manage to complete a few diy projects with the help of my wonderful mommy!

I wanted a flashcard look for the invite

I was really happy with how these cookies turned out. They were party favors.
Yummy cupcakes and cute painters palette toppers

Fun decor...thanks mom!

Lovely pumpkin painting...the kids really liked this.
They also painted tote bags.

It was a fun low key party and the kids had fun...plus I didn't have to clean my house for it :) I would definitely do another party like that again.

Here is some of my inspiration:
